Boring is the only word to describe the drive today as the scene never changed. Lee's car developed a leak in the radiator where the overflow tube comes out of the top tank. This occurred about 10-12 mi from the campground, but after refilling with water and taking it easy, we were able to make it to the campground okay.  Once the engine and radiator cooled down and was dry, application of a good jab of JB Weld solved the problem.
