No rain overnight but woke up to some dense fog which lasted for the first five miles or so, then mostly clear the rest of the way as we headed south.

We deliberately planned a short driving day as we wanted to swing by a Model T parts dealer (George Muir) and return an alternator that Lee had purchased back on day 10. While there we had a good visit with George and his the staff and got to see a 1909 Cadillac that George was in the process of restoring.

We continue to attract a lot of interest at the campgrounds and one individual in particular, that being the maintenance man (Jerry) for the campground. He was easily the individual that we have encountered during our adventure thus far, who asked the most questions about everything on the cars. Finally, Brian offered to let him crank start his car (which Jerry did successfully on the third pull), then drive it around the campground. Needless to say, it made Jerry's day!
