Packed the camper under cloudy skies and a few sprinkles then started the trip south. The 200 miles from the campground to Tok were some of the flattest on the trip so we decided to push on to Tok rather than stopping in Delta Junction. The owners of Sourdough Campground do a pancake toss each evening with participants getting two chances to toss a pancake into a bucket. The first toss is for practice and doesn't count and anyone getting their second pancake to land in the bucket wins a free breakfast at the campground café. We didn't win but it really didn't matter since they were not opening the café the next day due to the activities associated with the town's 4th of July celebration.

 

Lee did notice that one of the lateral supports on his trailer hitch had broken, so he was off to find a welding shop again. Oh well.
